Each month I will provide you with a new online fitness programme taking into account your current fitness level, amount of available time and space as well as the equipment that you have access to. The online fitness programme will come complete with videos and written descriptions as well as given you opportunity to makes notes on the programme and ask me questions via the app. I will also be able to track your workouts and provide you with motivation along the way.
The cost of online fitness programming is just £60 a month, which paid by standing order, so gives you complete control of when you start and stop. With in the app we can also look at improving your nutrition as well as your lifestyle choices to make sure you get the most from your subscription.
