Sports Performance

Whether you run, play golf or tennis or compete in any other individual or team sport, doing the correct strength and conditioning, stretching and core stability programme can improve your sporting performance and reduce your risk of injury.

James has worked closely with Beaconsfield Rugby Club, as well as members of Beaconsfield golf and tennis clubs to help them improve their games through the correct conditioning programmes that are specific to their sports.

We regularly work with clients who are preparing to run half marathons and marathons, designing bespoke training plans that ensure they are fully prepared when it comes to race day.

If you’re planning a skiing trip this winter, we have also tailored client’s training session to make sure they are fit for the slopes.
