He gave me that motivation that I needed when on a Monday morning you know you should go for a run but find 100 other things to do instead. My weight dropped nearly a stone in just 3 months and I feel fantastic.

James devised an interval training program which changes every 4 weeks, just to keep you on your toes, and to keep things interesting. No excuses now, only thing is he is an addiction. He has transformed the way I feel about exercising and dare I say it I quite enjoy our sessions!!!!!!!!”
